How our price compares with other Kenyan sellers
Here is the iPhone 11 price in Kenya at the sellers who currently rank for it, all checked on 4 October 2026.
| Seller | iPhone 11 price | What you get | Warranty |
|---|---|---|---|
| iPhone Deals (Kimathi House) | KSh 25,000 for 64GB, KSh 28,500 for 128GB | Ex-UK or refurbished, tested in front of you | 6 months |
| Badili Kenya | KSh 30,000 | Certified refurbished, 32+ quality checks | 12 months, 7-day replacement |
| Phone Place Kenya | KSh 31,500 for 128GB | Refurbished, Bazaar Plaza on Moi Avenue | None, 6 months costs KSh 6,300 extra |
| LinkPhones Center | KSh 27,999 to KSh 30,999 | Ex-UK used, varies by variant | Not stated on the listing |
| iStore KE | KSh 57,000 for 64GB | Retail channel pricing | Retail terms |
| Jiji sellers | From KSh 15,500 | Private sellers, no shop to return to | None |
Two honest points about that table.
Badili gives 12 months of cover and a 7-day replacement window, which is longer than ours. If a year of warranty matters more to you than KSh 5,000, buy there and you will not be badly served.

The KSh 15,500 listings on Jiji are real listings, but a private seller has no shop, no technician and no address. If the phone has a bad battery, a replaced screen or an Activation Lock on it, the money is gone. Our price sits between the classifieds and the big refurbishers for a reason: you get an inspected phone with somewhere to come back to, without paying retail.
Which iPhone 11 model should you buy
The iPhone 11 price in Kenya covers five different phones once you include the Pro models, so start from what you want the phone to do.
| If you want this | Buy this | Price | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| The cheapest iPhone that still gets updates | iPhone 11, 64GB | KSh 25,000 | Same A13 chip as the Pro models, runs iOS 27 |
| Enough room for photos and WhatsApp backups | iPhone 11, 128GB | KSh 28,500 | The storage most people regret not buying |
| A smaller phone with an OLED screen | iPhone 11 Pro, 256GB | KSh 37,000 | 5.8 inch OLED, triple camera, fits one hand |
| The best camera and battery of the series | iPhone 11 Pro Max, 256GB | KSh 43,000 | 6.5 inch OLED, longest battery life of the three |
| A newer phone for a little more | iPhone 12 | KSh 30,000 | 5G, OLED, MagSafe, flat-edge design |
The jump most buyers miss: at KSh 30,000, an iPhone 12 costs KSh 1,500 more than a 128GB iPhone 11 and adds 5G and an OLED screen. If you are choosing between the two, compare them side by side before you decide.
How much is the iPhone 11 in Kenya by storage size
The iPhone 11 came in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. There was never a 512GB iPhone 11, and there was never an iPhone 11 mini, even though both get searched in Kenya every month. The mini name started with the iPhone 12 in 2020.
- 64GB at KSh 25,000. Fine if your photos live in Google Photos or iCloud and you keep few apps. Tight if you shoot video.
- 128GB at KSh 28,500. The one we sell most of. Comfortable for a few thousand photos, WhatsApp media and a couple of games.
- 256GB at KSh 33,000. Worth the extra KSh 4,500 if you record video, keep music offline or plan to hold the phone for three years or more.
Storage cannot be upgraded later on any iPhone, so buying one size up is cheaper than replacing the phone early.
iPhone 11 Pro price in Kenya
The iPhone 11 Pro price in Kenya is KSh 37,000 for the 256GB at iPhone Deals, in Midnight Green, Space Gray, Silver or Gold.
What the extra KSh 8,500 over the 128GB iPhone 11 buys you: a 5.8 inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen instead of LCD, a third telephoto camera for 2x optical zoom, a stainless steel frame, and IP68 water resistance rated to 4 metres rather than 2. The screen is smaller than the standard iPhone 11, which some people prefer and others do not. Hold both before deciding.
iPhone 11 Pro Max price in Kenya
The iPhone 11 Pro Max price in Kenya is KSh 43,000 for the 256GB at iPhone Deals.
For comparison, LinkPhones Center lists Ex-UK or ex-USA iPhone 11 Pro Max units between KSh 37,899 and KSh 38,899, Zuricart lists the 256GB at KSh 48,999, and iStore KE lists refurbished units from KSh 55,000 to KSh 70,000. Cheaper Pro Max listings exist, and some are honest. The question to ask any seller under KSh 38,000 is which parts are original, because a Pro Max with a replaced screen is a common and cheap-looking deal.
The Pro Max has the biggest battery Apple put in a 2019 iPhone, which is why it still lasts a full day in 2026 when the standard iPhone 11 sometimes does not.
Is the iPhone 11 still worth buying in 2026
Yes, and there is a hard fact behind that answer rather than a sales line.
iOS 27, released on 14 September 2026, still supports the iPhone 11, 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max. Apple dropped nothing from the iOS 26 list, so a seven-year-old phone is on the current operating system with current security patches. That is the single most important thing to know before spending KSh 25,000, and none of the price pages ranking above this one mention it.
What you do give up compared with a newer iPhone:
- No 5G. The iPhone 11 is 4G LTE only, which is fine on Safaricom and Airtel today and will matter more in a few years.
- No Apple Intelligence. Those features need an iPhone 15 Pro or newer.
- A seven-year-old battery, unless it has been replaced. Check the health percentage before you pay, as described below.
We keep the current iPhone 11 price in Kenya updated on this page and in our other iPhone price guides.
The honest summary: as a KSh 25,000 phone for calls, WhatsApp, M-Pesa, photos and social media, the iPhone 11 is the strongest value in Kenya right now. As a phone you expect to keep until 2031, buy something newer.
Ex-UK, refurbished, renewed and swap: what the words mean
Kenyan listings use these words loosely, which is how buyers get caught.
- Ex-UK (or ex-USA). A phone used by someone abroad, then imported. Condition varies unit by unit. Nothing about the term guarantees an inspection, so the inspection is what you should ask about.
- Refurbished. Tested and repaired where needed, then resold. The quality depends entirely on who did the work and which parts they used.
- Certified renewed. A marketing term with no single legal standard in Kenya. Ask what the certification covers and who issues it.
- Swap or swapped. Parts from different phones combined into one. Common on cheap Pro and Pro Max units. A swapped screen or battery is not automatically bad, but you should know about it and pay less for it.
Our listings state Ex-UK or refurbished iPhone 11 units, and the exact condition of your unit is confirmed before the order is completed. Ask us which one you are getting. Any shop that will not tell you is telling you something.
The 8 checks to run before you pay for any used iPhone 11
Run these in the shop, on the phone you are buying, before money changes hands. They take about five minutes. Our team will hand you the phone and let you do all eight, and you should hold any seller in Nairobi to the same standard.
- Battery health. Settings, Battery, Battery Health and Charging. Anything above 85% is good for a 2019 phone. Below 80% means a replacement is due soon. If it says “Service”, walk away.
- Parts and Service History. Settings, General, About. Scroll to the bottom. Apple lists any replaced battery, screen or camera here, and flags “Unknown Part” when a non-genuine part was fitted. This is the single fastest way to spot a swapped phone.
- Activation Lock. Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone. The phone must be fully signed out of the previous owner’s Apple ID. A locked phone is a brick, and no shop can unlock it for you.
- IMEI. Dial
*#06#, then check the number on Apple’s own coverage page at checkcoverage.apple.com. This confirms the model and whether it is reported lost or stolen abroad. - Face ID. Delete the existing face and enrol your own. If enrolment fails, the TrueDepth camera has been replaced or damaged, and the repair is expensive.
- Both cameras and the flash. Open the camera, switch between 1x and 0.5x, take a photo with each, record ten seconds of video, fire the flash. Check the photos afterwards for spots or haze.
- Network and SIM. Put your own Safaricom or Airtel line in and make a call and open a data session. The iPhone 11 also supports eSIM, so ask for both to be tested if you plan to use two lines.
- Screen and body. Under a bright light, look for a green or pink tint, dead pixels, and lifting at the edges of the glass, which is a sign of a cheap replacement screen. Press every corner of the display and the volume, power and mute buttons.
Print this list, or open it on your phone while you shop. It works at our counter and at everyone else’s.
What the phone really costs you over two years
A KSh 25,000 phone is not a KSh 25,000 phone if the screen breaks in month four and nobody covers it. The honest arithmetic, using our own published repair prices:
| Cost | Amount | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| iPhone 11, 64GB | KSh 25,000 | Our price |
| Screen replacement if you drop it | KSh 6,500 | Our listed price for the iPhone 11. The Pro is KSh 7,500 and the Pro Max is KSh 9,500 |
| Battery replacement after a year or two | Quoted on request | Book through the repairs page |
| A protective case and glass | KSh 1,000 to KSh 2,500 | From our accessories or anywhere else |
Buy the case and the glass on day one. A KSh 1,500 case is the cheapest insurance against a KSh 6,500 repair, and our warranty does not cover screens.

What our 6-month warranty covers, and what it does not
Stated plainly, because a warranty you have to read twice is not a warranty.
Covered for 6 months: network faults, charging faults, earpiece, microphone and speaker, plus software malfunctions that are not caused by apps installed from outside the App Store.
Covered for 1 month: chargers and accessories.
Not covered: the screen. It is tested with you present, in the shop or at delivery, and you accept it at that point. Accidental damage of any kind is also not covered.
Turnaround: a warranty repair can take up to 72 hours depending on the fault.
Returns: goods once sold are not re-accepted. This is why we hand you the phone and let you run all eight checks before you pay, and why you should take the full five minutes to do it. Badili offers a 7-day replacement window and we do not, which is a fair reason to choose them if you prefer to decide at home.
Full terms are on the warranty page.

Where to buy iPhone 11 in Nairobi
iPhone Deals, Kimathi House, 4th Floor, Suite 404, Kimathi Street, Nairobi CBD. Open Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Call or WhatsApp 0747 881573. M-Pesa is accepted.
Kimathi House is a two-minute walk from the Kimathi Street and Kenyatta Avenue junction, and about five minutes from Bazaar Plaza on Moi Avenue, where several other phone shops trade. If you are comparing prices in the CBD, you can see three or four sellers in half an hour, and we would rather you did that with the eight checks in hand than buy blind.
Outside Nairobi, order through the site or on WhatsApp and we deliver countrywide through Wells Fargo and Leta Pelela, with the delivery charge confirmed before you pay. We are not able to let you test the phone before payment on a delivered order, so for a first purchase, coming to the shop is the safer route.
iPhone 11 FAQs
How much is the iPhone 11 in Kenya? KSh 25,000 for the 64GB, KSh 28,500 for the 128GB and KSh 33,000 for the 256GB at iPhone Deals in Nairobi CBD, Ex-UK or refurbished with a 6-month warranty. Other Kenyan sellers list it between KSh 27,999 and KSh 31,500.
How much is the iPhone 11 in Kenya on Jumia? The iPhone 11 price in Kenya on Jumia is not one number. Jumia listings come from many different sellers, so the price moves daily and the condition is described by the seller rather than checked by Jumia. Our fixed price is KSh 25,000 for the 64GB, and you can test the phone before paying.
Which iPhone can I get with 30k? At KSh 30,000 you can buy a 128GB iPhone 11 at KSh 28,500 with change for a case, or an iPhone 12 at KSh 30,000 exactly, which adds 5G and an OLED screen.
How much is the iPhone 11 Pro Max in Kenya, UK used? KSh 43,000 for the 256GB at iPhone Deals. Elsewhere in Kenya, Ex-UK units are listed from about KSh 37,899 and refurbished retail units run to KSh 70,000.
Is the iPhone 11 still a good phone in 2026? Yes, and that is why the iPhone 11 price in Kenya has held up rather than collapsed. It runs iOS 27, released in September 2026, so it still gets current features and security updates. It has no 5G and no Apple Intelligence, which is the trade-off for paying a quarter of the price of a new iPhone.
Is the iPhone 11 waterproof? It is water resistant, not waterproof. The iPhone 11 is rated IP68 to 2 metres for 30 minutes, and the 11 Pro and Pro Max to 4 metres. That rating was set when the phone was new, and seals weaken with age, so treat a 2019 phone as splash-safe only. Water damage is not covered by any warranty.
When was the iPhone 11 released? Apple announced it on 10 September 2019 and it went on sale on 20 September 2019, alongside the 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max.
Is there an iPhone 11 mini? No. Apple never made one. The mini size started with the iPhone 12 mini in 2020 and ended with the iPhone 13 mini. If a seller offers you an “iPhone 11 mini”, you are being sold something else.
What are the common iPhone 11 problems? On a phone this age, the three to check are battery health below 80%, a replaced non-genuine screen showing a green or pink tint, and Face ID that fails to enrol after a bad repair. All three are visible in the eight checks above, which is why we let you run them before paying.
How long will an iPhone 11 last? Apple is still supporting it with iOS 27 seven years after launch. With a healthy or replaced battery and a case, two to three more years of normal use is a reasonable expectation.
Does the iPhone 11 support eSIM in Kenya? Yes. The iPhone 11 takes one nano-SIM plus one eSIM, so you can run a Safaricom line and an Airtel line on the same phone. Ask us to test both lines at the counter.
